Our annual maintenance visits are customized to your home and your requests. They may include:
- Drain and test pressure relief valve on your water heater.
- Check the charge on your fire extinguisher.
- Clean dryer vent.
- Clean refrigerator coils and door seals.
- Test and inspect all faucets and fixtures for leaks.
- Check caulk joints in bath and shower.
- Seal natural stone countertops and/or bathroom tile grout.
- Clean aerators on faucets.
- Check garage door lubrication, sensor, battery, and auto reverse.
- Test smoke alarms and CO detectors and replace batteries.
