Home Health Assessment

If you’re not sure where to start, get a detailed report of your home’s interior and exterior maintenance needs performed and presented by a licensed residential and commercial property inspector. With our Home Health Assessment, we’ll list your home’s needs based on urgent, recommended, and proactive maintenance and let you decide what you would like us to do.
Home Watch

Get peace of mind while you’re away from home. We’ll ensure all doors and windows are secure, there are no water or maintenance issues, and interior temps are maintained. We can also perform additional services based on your needs.
*Each Home Watch visit for non-members has a 90-minute minimum charge. Rates for all work will be billed at 1.5 times stated rates if required to be performed before 7am, after 7pm, on weekend days or during holidays. Rates subject to change.
One-Time Service Requests
When you choose Concierge Home, you get exclusive access to our network of project managers, technicians, property managers, painters, and more. One-time service requests and subcontractors are billed at the following rates:
*All service calls have a two hour minimum charge, with 15 minute billable increments after the second hour. Rates for all work will be billed at 1.5 times stated rates if required to be performed before 7am, after 7pm, on weekend days or during holidays. Rates subject to change.
