OUR SERVICES
Snowbird home watch services in Alexandria, Arlington, McLean, Great Falls, Vienna and surrounding areas
The Snowbird Package: We take care of your nest so you can follow the Sun!
Do you fly south for the winter? The Snowbird Package is our home watch plan for homeowners in Alexandria and Northern Virginia.
A burst frozen pipe or a furnace that quits can go unnoticed for weeks in an empty home. Regular visits catch it early and that’s why while you’re away, our team checks on your house and sends you a photo report after every visit.
The Snowbird Package includes:
- Check that all doors and windows are secure, with no signs of forced entry.
- Test outdoor motion sensors and lighting, and make sure your security system is armed.
- Check for weather damage.
- Bring in any mail, newspapers, and packages.
- Make sure contracted services like pest control and lawn care are being done.
- Flush toilets and run faucets.
- Check indoor temperature and humidity, and adjust the thermostat if needed.
- Water houseplants.
- Check or run appliances.
- Start cars.
- Filter changes as needed.
- Photo report after every visit.
